Common questions
Where are my videos? Stored privately inside the app on your phone — not in your camera roll, and never uploaded anywhere. Older videos are cleaned up automatically based on your Settings.
I'm not getting reminders. Check that notifications are allowed for Pill Tracker in iPhone Settings, and open the app occasionally so it can schedule the days ahead.
How do I stop a medicine? Settings → My medicines → tap the medicine → “Stop taking this medicine.” Reminders stop; your history stays.
