Pill Tracker Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 21, 2026
Pill Tracker helps you remember to take your medicines by reminding you at dose times and letting you record a short video of yourself taking each dose.
The short version
Everything stays on your phone. We collect nothing.
What the app stores — on your device only
- The medicines and schedules you enter (names, strengths, dose times)
- Your dose history (taken, missed, or skipped)
- The videos you record of yourself taking your medicine
All of this is stored in the app's private storage on your device. It is never uploaded, transmitted, or shared with us or anyone else. The app works entirely offline and makes no network requests with your data.
What we collect
Nothing. Pill Tracker has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no server. We cannot see your medicines, your videos, or anything else about you.
Camera and microphone
The camera and microphone are used only while you record a dose video, and only after you grant permission. Recordings are saved to the app's private storage on your device. You can delete them by deleting the dose's video, deleting the medicine's history, or deleting the app. Older videos are also removed automatically based on the storage settings you choose.
Notifications
Reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. No push-notification service is used.
Data deletion
Deleting the app deletes all of its data, including all videos. There is nothing to delete on any server, because nothing ever leaves your phone.
Children
Pill Tracker is not directed at children under 13.
Medical disclaimer
Pill Tracker is a reminder and record-keeping tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Always follow your doctor's or pharmacist's instructions.
